This is the worst post I have ever had to make today I got the call that our biggest goof had passed away doing goat things on a job no sickness no poisoning just was climbing on a rock playing and then he was gone I don't normally get this attached to livestock anymore but we got Ricky right after our wedding on a whim we too him home in our jeep compass ( don't ask how πŸ˜‚) we had goats but never one like him because of him we now have the life we do today even the new trailer I got because I couldn't fit him and all our other goats together. he was the start of it all really I did not know what goats could even do till we got him he was a bottle baby though and even as old as he was he had a pure love for humans he loved to cuddle and be pet so much so that he would get mad if he didn't get enough love πŸ˜‚ he showed us all we know about fencing mainly because he could get out of everything if it wasn't electric πŸ˜‚ he would frequently fallow that by standing at our door looking for snacks he loved peanuts and bannnas like no other but really most things would do for a quick bite he was just a special goat he gave us a lot of trouble headaches long days but there will never be another like him I got to take him home and bury him here on the farm so we will have a place for him forever πŸ₯Ί I'm so grateful for the opportunity to even own and know him and care for such a extrodany goat

Yes they have a barn water dishes and the shade tent in the pen no they refuse to use any and want to be sprayed down every few hours and lay in the water πŸ˜‚

Happy Birthday to the first baby we had on the farm buck! Our well best buck πŸ˜‚ Joe was really good at names back then! He's sired around 12 babies now and honestly is one of my favorite bucks out of my 5 don't tell the others πŸ˜‚
