Things are waking up over here! I’m so proud of my garden. I’ve worked hard and there’s still much to do but sprouts are sprouting, buds are budding, and I get lots of help from my kiddos. 🌱

Visit us at the Homegrown Health Fair tomorrow (Saturday) at from 9-3! We have a selection of books I’ve been hoarding (I mean curating…) for , the very last dried blooms, and seeds and rhizomes to help you remember that yes, Spring will return.

Lately.
Holiday blur. Verrrry slowly working on growing (for my first handful of sales this week!), taking wonder walks in the field, finding unicorns, feeding ourselves in all the ways we can.

I always kind of love this time of year. The reflecting, planning, visualizing. This year my word is Stewardship and I’m excited to live it in a myriad of ways.

Jackie got us all set up at for their winter market! So excited to be part of it this year.

Also new this year is working alongside my friend Jackie () to grow flowers and seeds together. We figured we’re stronger together and our kids are friends and we started a PTA together so why not farm together? Excited to roll out the season together starting with these winter markets!

Holiday things!
You can find dried bouts, seeds (grown in partnership with !), and rhizomes at and during their holiday markets. So much local goodness to spread cheer!

It's seed saving time- Happy September! As we start to head into fall, the plants are getting ready and producing seed to keep things going for years to come. It's one of my favorite garden tasks; collecting, sharing, and storing seeds for future use.

Today I gathered anise hyssop, cowpeas, and cosmos with the kiddos at school. At home, I worked on rudbeckia triloba and bronze fennel.

I'll be selling some seeds this fall/winter and so far I think I will have the above plus celosia, joe pye w**d, a meadow mix, and marigolds. I'm hoping to have more but we will see!

I think flowers are not quite finished with me (yet). 😏

Oh hi 👋. Skids are being collected in the field which means the power line project is on its way outta here. So excited to get stuff back in the ground and reimagine everything in this space. We're also chasing waterfalls, IDing all sorts of plants on and near our land, and climbing mountains. ❤️
