If you stopped by the store this week, you would have seen this beautiful display cabinet we received as a gift from a good friend. 🥰

She’s big and I’m not really sure how to fill these shelves….If you have any ideas, let me know!

But for now, I think the kids and I are going to start baking. Plus, we started a Little Library. You can’t go wrong with cookies and a book! 🍪📚

You can still drive through to get to the store. It’s down to one lane so you just have to be patient. 😊

🚧Another Construction Update!!🚧

The construction crew has made it to the homestead! 👷‍♀️👷👷‍♂️

Before the kids even left for school, the construction trucks were hard at work right in front of the house. The kids’ new favorite activity is pumping their arms to get the trucks to honk. Lol! 💪

A big shoutout to my construction truck-loving 6 year old son for enthusiastically taking a butt load of pictures for me! There’s also several videos if you’d like to see them. 🤣

To get to the Cabra Mama’s Homestead from Shawano, I suggest taking hwy 22 to Lakeview Road. That will take you out to Hwy BE at the intersection between our Homestead and the buffalo farm.

If you’re coming from Bonduel, I suggest taking Porter Road to Valley Road. That will take you out to the same intersection.

🚧 Construction Update!! 🚧

Hwy BE is blocked off on the end by hwy 22.

To get to us from Shawano, I suggest taking hwy 22 to Hillcrest Drive. Then take a left onto hwy BE and we will be on your right.

If you’re coming from Bonduel, just take BE like normal. So far there hasn’t been any construction that way.

Stop by soon before the construction gets crazy!

The last two babies have arrived! One boy and one girl. 🐐🐐

That brings this year kid crop total to 9. 4 girls, 5 boys.

That wraps up my kidding season!

I will keep you updated as the road closes and detours are put into place.
