Y’all I had to jump on the viral charcuterie bowl trend or as we called them back in the 1900s….meat and cheese trays😅
The idea is simple and super easy to execute and luckily I have almost everything you need available in the farm store! We made this is for an easy weeknight dinner before 4-H and it did not disappoint👌🏻
1. Simply slice and toast up a baguette
2. Dice up the meats- I used our summer sausage and ring bologna
3. Cut the cheese😆 I used Milton Creamery Prairie Breeze and Morning Harvest
4. Give your dog a taste because he’s actually behaving
5. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the pan- don’t ask me measurements just eyeball it
6. Add the meat and cheese to the pan (fresh basil if you have it too), mix and serve on the toasted baguette slices. Also great with salt and vinegar chips!
Honestly so good and easy for those busy summer nights!
