-Hand-folded dumplings filled with king trumpet and beech mushrooms, finished with ginger-carrot purée and black garlic glaze

-Spiralized Persian cucumbers tossed in kimchi vinaigrette, with lime-mint broth and crunchy wasabi peas

Micro Red Mustard

Nice Bite, beautiful color, easy grower!

We have been growing this variety for a couple seasons, and it never disappoints

Profile:
Micro Mustard Red has a crisp, succulent, and tender nature with a sturdy consistency. When the microgreens are consumed, an immediate sweet and tangy taste is released that intensifies into a pleasantly sharp, pungent, and spicy flavor. The peppery flavor quickly dissipates and is followed by fresh, vegetal nuances.
