Many weeks back our super-ultra-mega best friends at rolled down from the panhandle and crushed out this hyper-crusher with us.

π”‡π”žπ”Άπ”Ÿπ”²π”―π”«π”’π”― β—‹ Three Point Five Percent β—‹ West Coast Light Lager

The base of this beer was designed as a Leichtbier (also known as DiΓ€t Pils).

Low ABV, low calorie, low carb, and pretty effervescent. We hopped it moderately in the kettle with Michigan grown Chinook and hit that cool whirlpool with Centennial Incognito.

After a steady, cool fermentation with our favored lager strain, we did a two-stage dry hop with Michigan grown Cascade - followed two weeks later with fresh Citra.

The result is a petite lager with a behemoth presence.

Big flavor, small vessel.

Notes of grapefruit pith, candied lemon, fresh baked bread 🍊 πŸ‹ 🍞

For sure the drink of the summer β˜€οΈ

Cans and draft of DAYBURNER are available in the tasting room TODAY (Friday the 31st) and will be available out at Alga and select places in throughout Florida next month!
