Thank you all for your patience while we were getting restocked. We now have most of our cheese restocked now, plus we have added some new cheeses.

This weeks salad is a tri-colored pasta salad. This refreshing salad has pasta, green peppers, salami, cheddar and pepper jack cheeses in a sweet vinegarette dressing.

Loosing all our cheese was bad for us but great for you. All cheese has been re-stocked. It has been really tough on us getting everything ordered, received, and put back out. My mom, Pat, Kameron, and Liz have been working really hard at it the last few days. I am still working on it as of right now.
Now the good news for you. New cheeses we have never had and brought back some. Blue Marble. Cheddar Mango Fire. French Onion Soup (yes a cheese). Scorpion Cheese. Red Apple Smoked Parmesan. Red Apple Smoked Cheddar. Bacon Ranch Cheddar. Lemon Shandy Cheddar. Jalapeno Cayenne. Steakhouse Onion and Fresh Killer Dill. We will be getting these all out tonight once Karen gets here to get them all put into our new system. At this point, she does not trust me to use it.
We are growing little by little. We are trying to make this a store that you want to come back to, time and time again.
Karen and myself love each and every one of you. Please be patient with us as we restock what we lost when the power went out and lost so much.
