Never leaving our gates has really paid off! We ended up in a magazine!!

Just kidding 😂

But truly, we are so blown away by the favor and love of this town, this community, and especially Heather Baker (President and Publisher of AY Publishing Group), her husband Ryan Parker, and Michelle James Daugherty. Michelle was one of the first to visit our farm and immediately fell in love with our vision, our home, and our way of life.

They graciously gave us a four-page spread in the December issue of Arkansas Money & Politics, capturing the intricate heart and essence of our farm, our children, and our home. We are so grateful they valued our story enough to share it in their publication.

When Michelle first visited, she said to me, “This is heaven on earth.”

Two years ago yesterday, I put up a simple Facebook post about selling our extra raw milk from our Guernsey cow, Carrot.

“Who would come out to Bonnerdale, Arkansas for raw milk?” we asked ourselves.

Well… apparently many, many people.

Since then, we’ve had the privilege of meeting hundreds, if not thousands of customers. From folks 10 minutes down the road, to those driving an hour and a half, to RV couples traveling across the country. Many have told us it’s the best-tasting milk they’ve ever had.

We’ve met parents seeking nourishment for their children and sharing stories of health improvements, elderly customers longing for something that reminded them of their childhood, and nursing mothers looking for a nutritional boost.

As a family, we have been deeply transformed over these last two years. Encouraged and inspired by families who are proactively fighting for their health by choosing regeneratively raised foods to nourish those they love.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your support, trust, and love.

Live Healthy Farms would not be where it is today without you. ♥️🙏

And just like that, our farm house has transformed into Christmas season. Our 5th Christmas here on the farm. So much goodness and God’s favor here. Incredibly grateful ♥️

Well… our dear friends and brought us five precious sheep from their farmstead of Armentrout Acres.

I looked at them and said “ there’s no way we can eat them” 💆🏻‍♀️😭😭😭 seriously look at them 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Last night, John and I attended the second Greenhouse Farm-to-Table Dinner hosted by Kyle Manning and Becca Smylie Manning of Fat Rabbit Farm

Chef Justin from Splash Wine Bar thoughtfully crafted each course, featuring ingredients sourced almost entirely from local farms, including beef and dairy from our farm ♥️

We’re deeply grateful to Kyle and Becca for pioneering this local farm-to-table movement, putting their time, effort, and resources into truly educating and supporting local farmers. It’s an honor to be part of this beautiful mission.
