🧶🍂WHAT’S ON YOUR SAFF PACKING LIST?
SAFF is almost here! It’s time to prepare for a weekend of animals, fiber, friends, and just a little bit of shopping.
Here are a few things you might want to include on your Packing List:
👜 A shopping bag (or three). That yarn isn’t going to carry itself!
💵 CASH for the gate entry fee! Admission will be $5/person per day or $10 for a 3 day pass. (CASH ONLY!)
💲Your preferred method of payment for purchases. Your yarn stash may be full, but somehow there’s always room for one more beautiful skein.
🧥 Layers! Fall in the Blue Ridge Mountains can keep you guessing. Check the forecast and dress for the weather.
👟 Comfortable shoes. There’s a lot to see, and your feet deserve a fighting chance.
🥤 A water bottle and snacks. Shopping for fiber art supplies is serious business. You need to stay fueled!
📱 Your phone. For photos, notes, class reminders, and texting your fiber friends, “YOU HAVE TO COME SEE THIS!”
🧶 Your project list. Or your stash inventory. Or that pattern for a sweater you’ve been meaning to make for years. You know the one. 😉
❤️ Your curiosity and sense of adventure. You don’t have to know everything about fiber arts to have a wonderful time at SAFF! All ages are welcome!
And finally… practice saying, “I have absolutely no idea what I’m going to make with this, but I LOVE it!” 😂 You never know when that spark of inspiration hits!
