We stumbled across this AWESOME video on YouTube from a visitor who came out to Blackberry Hollow Farm for our Butterfly Round Up with the Rend Lake Park Rangers.

And honestly… this is exactly the kind of reminder we need right now.

We’re nearing the end of our season, the part of the year when all the work starts to catch up with you. When you’re tired at the end of the day, and you’re running on fumes… but you keep pushing.

And that’s just what you do.

Then you see something like this.

Visitors enjoying the beauty of the nature around them, people making memories, children exploring, or just slowing down.

This farm is so much more than the work it takes to keep it going. It’s about creating a place where people can connect with nature, learn, explore, laugh, make memories, and maybe leave with a little more appreciation for the incredible world around us.

Reminders like this keep us going when we’re tired.

This is a big week at Blackberry Hollow! We are working overtime making sure everything is Perfect for Wildflower Fest on Labor Day!! This weeks hours are listed below, please note we will be Closed on Sat & Sun so we can make final Preparations for the Wildflower Fest!

Also, Our Walking Trails Are in FULL BLOOM with MILLIONS of Flowers!

If you have never seen our trails when they are fully bloomed it's an experience you don't want to miss! Get out to walk the trails soon before the blooms start to fade, we promise you Won't Be Disappointed!!! Peek bloom has just started and will last for the next few weeks.

Trails are free and open daily sunrise to sunset. Our shop and Flower Cutting hours for this week are below:
