2026 Harvest is happening. Pressed both the Sangiovese and Merlot today.

Super pleased with both, for sure our strongest Sangio to date.

We will be making a 100% Natural Sangiovese for the 2026 vintage - it’s that good!

Happy Cab Franc Friday Weekend 🍷

Our Harvest is officially kicking off next weekend, which means early mornings, sticky hands, and obsessive grape-checking for us. But for you? It just means a damn good excuse to pour a glass of Cab Franc or Bonsall Red right now.

This will be our second harvest doing things 100% natural—wild native yeast, zero added sulfites, unfined-unfiltered. Just pure, unadulterated estate w**e.

June w**e tasting, and we have cracked open our 2023 Bonsall Red Blend for the very first time. 🍷✨

This unfined-unfiltered Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sangiovese blend is officially my favorite Bonsall Red we’ve ever done🙌🏻

I think we’re going to have to include this gem in our November W**e Club release!

“Quite possibly the most interesting w**e in Southern California.”

Harvested back in September 2021, Bonsall Red, an estate blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Sangiovese has taken its sweet time getting to the glass.

After 24 months in oak barrels and another two and a half years resting in the bottle, the magic of time is finally showing off.

The initial lively acidity of the Sangiovese has finally relaxed, bringing a smooth, refreshing brightness. Meanwhile, the Cabernet Franc has stepped into the spotlight, bringing forward beautiful notes of spices, herbs, and structured elegance that perfectly balance the plush fruit of the Merlot.

It’s complex, it’s evolving, and it’s a beautiful reminder that great things come to those who wait. 🍷✨
