Wendy’s Wicked Pimento Cheese 1st Place trophy had its first visit to La Monarca Bar & Grill downtown Boone this week. Johnny highly recommended the Enchilada Verde and he was spot on! The sauce is so good! 😋

Mill Camp Wines & Ciders hosted their first farmers market of the season, and it was a fantastic success! It was especially fun introducing a newcomer to North Carolina from New England to pimento cheese. His very first bite was award-winning Wendy’s Wicked Pimento Cheese—and he became an instant fan! That’s what makes these markets so much fun…sharing great local food and making new friends along the way.
