If you’re wondering if the emus still exist, here’s your proof of life. We’re still working on a permanent pasture for them. Their current temporary enclosure doesn’t have a shelter, and despite my husband’s assurances I just had to bring them in the barn for the night. Cobwebs and haphazard stalls abound, but Tyrone and Piper will be out of the wind and rain. ❤️

Took a few critters to Loge Elementary School for the Wildcat Mile this morning! A couple hundred kids were light work for Oliver, Easton, and Sweetie - though it did cut into Sweetie’s morning nap 😴 It makes me proud everytime these guys just take it all in stride. Pulled from their quiet stall or pasture and thrown into chaos, and they just eat it up.

Annual reminder from Rosie 🐽🐽When spooky season is over, bring those fall decorations to the barn. Pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks, and dry straw bales can be recycled and happily enjoyed by our piggies and goats. We appreciate your support!

WinniePigg and RosiePig upgraded to a fluffy stall this afternoon! Part of rearranging the barn and pastures for winter. So far they have no complaints, but give it time. Winnie has never been one to keep her thoughts to herself 😂
