At Prime Foods, we're proud to have talented team members like Maggie Springstun leading the way.

As our Director of Research and Development, Maggie brings years of experience from some of the food industry's most recognized companies. After spending much of her career away from home, the opportunity to return to her hometown and be closer to family made Prime Foods the perfect fit.

Maggie says one of the most rewarding parts of her role is knowing her work has a direct impact on the company's growth. She also values the family-friendly culture and the supportive, collaborative team that makes every day meaningful.

Outside of Prime Foods, Maggie is passionate about giving back through organizations like Warrick County 4-H, the Warrick County Extension Board, and the National FFA Organization. We're grateful not only for her leadership and innovation, but also for the positive impact she makes throughout our community.
