Proud to say that our "Fiddler's" will be a featured oyster this week at the Jolie Rogers Raw Bar! Here is part of their menu description: "Beautiful plump meats with a wave of ocean brine mellowing out into a delicately sweet buttery finish." These are seasonal and a small harvest so we hope Wiscasset is in your plans for this week so you can enjoy our oysters at this wonderful restaurant!
