Warmer weather here in NJ, so it's time to break out some of the lighter fare. If you like rosé, but want a little more oomph, try a bottle from Tavel, France. A little bolder, a little more soul, and perfect for warmer temps. Pairs well with roasted vegetables, fish, and salads. Just watch your dressing or sauces. Nothing too powerful, or the freshness of this wine will be lost.
