We are getting ready for the upcoming farmer’s market season. We will have our usual flavors and our Wichita Falls salsa award winners as well. We will also going to try a couple of new flavors so we can take to competition. Please let us know what new flavors you would like us to try to make for this year and we will see if we can come up with that flavor! Thank you all for you love and support for our salsa!

Behind Bars Salsa Company would like to wish a happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there making things happen to make sure that their kids have a better life. Their never ending love and compassion to make sure that their children have a better future goes unnoticed in the this every day struggle we call life. Behind bars would like to say that we not just give you love on this day but every day cause you hold the family accountable and together each day. Thank you for all that you do to make sure your family has what it needs to survive! It’s a hard life but you make it look so easy and we thank you for all that you do!
