Thanks to everyone who came out to the Makers Fair at the Boardwalk yesterday! We sold out of sausage and almost sold out of our seasoning.

I will be ordering more of both this week and will let you guys know when the shipments arrive.

Cooking a gumbo today! Can’t wait to eat it for dinner.

Tomorrow morning from 10am to 12 noon I will be set up on the green space in Greenacres Place boulevard by the little free library.
I am selling my frozen Cajun Smoked sausage as well as my own Mad Cajun Mule Seasoning.
Sausage is 1.5lbs for $12.

We will have free samples so drop by and get the best sausage north of I-10!

We just got in a fresh batch of our smoked sausage. There are 29 packs available at $12 per 1.5lb pack.
Local pickup at the Bossier Aldi just north of 220.
shipping is so expensive but let me know if you really need some great sausage and are willing to pay to get it shipped.
