We are pouring up some fresh 1 lb blocks. You can use bees wax for many projects around the house. People make their own lip balms and hand balms or they use it for waterproofing canvas. Another neat project you can use bees wax is for grafting plants.

It's time to make the heat work for you and make Sun Tea! This also gives me a chance to share with everyone that if you have honey that has granulated, you can put it outside and let the sun melt the crystals to make your honey flow. Once the tea is finished and the honey is hot, add the two together to get your yummy sweet tea.

The bees are adapting well to their new location by the Red River. Some colonies in the yard are producing honey that we will soon enjoy. This location is ideal as long as the river remains within its banks.

Waiting for the flow! This week we housed new colonies on a beautiful piece of property in south Bossier Parish. These colonies needed a bit of food to get to the next level of population. He is waiting for food to flow while you can hear the ladies around him in excitement.
