Although the concept of craft brewing was introduced rather offhandedly to us, the art and science and fun appealed on many different levels. What started as an interesting weekend challenge, rapidly escalated into an obsession that led to intense academic study and constant upgrading of equipment because the more we knew, the more we wanted to expand our creations. A pleasant result of that kind

of passion was a substantial amount of free beer to go around and the overwhelmingly positive responses created a momentum which took on a life of its own. Opening the tasting room in Bossier City in May 2015, we are continuing to expand our fan base across Louisiana, and beyond. Beer is our Passion...You make it FUN!

Flying Heart Waffle =🖤= - Available anytime, this dessert features a classic Belgian waffle topped with velvety vanilla ice cream and your choice of caramel, chocolate, or raspberry syrup.

Chicken & Waffles 🍗 - Available at brunch on Saturday & Sundays, this dish features crispy breaded chicken with hot honey glaze on a pearl sugar waffle, topped with green onions. Choose boneless or traditional wings on the side.
