Battle of the Chefs brought the heat to the Dining Commons! 🔥🍴The Asian Student Center's three student organizations: Hoy!Pinoy!, Khmer Student Association and the Vietnamese Student Association went head-to-head in an exciting live cooking competition filled with incredible flavors, energy, and school spirit.

A huge congratulations to the Vietnamese Student Association for taking home the championship! 🏆👏 The competition was fierce, and all participating organizations did an amazing job showcasing their creativity and culture through food.

Special thank you to Director Kevin Kesterson for serving as an incredible MC throughout the night, Executive Chef Doug of the Dining Commons, Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs Karen Ferrer-Muniz, and Mei Mei Dumplings owner Maddy Meech for being our amazing judges! We were also thrilled to have Maddy join us as a guest chef for the event. 👩‍🍳✨
