What an evening celebrating Boston’s coffee community! ☕️✨

Last week, we joined for an inspiring conversation and coffee tasting alongside amazing local coffee entrepreneurs .other.coffeecompany
kati also had the chance to do a pour-over coffee brewing demo on stage with WBUR’s arts and culture senior editor Dianna Bell, which was so much fun!

A big thanks to everyone who joined us for the conversation, tastings, and support of Boston’s local coffee scene. We loved seeing so many familiar and new faces! 💚

Hello March 🌿 This month looks a little different and we want to share a quick update with you.

As our kitchen team takes a well-deserved vacation, there will be 𝙣𝙤 𝙉-𝙋𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙩 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤 .bar 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙛𝙖𝙨𝙩 this month (will be back in April) 🤍

That said, we’ll still be serving great coffee, matcha, Thai tea and a selection of pastries to keep your mornings cozy ☕️🥐

And yes… new exciting coffee beans are coming soon 👀🇹🇭✨

2025 is a year to remember for the team ☕️🥐🍵 
From roasting our favorite Thai specialty beans right here in Boston to sharing numerous cups with amazing coffee lovers, we’re so grateful for every moment, every sip, and every conversation ☕️💚

We’ve been popping up at Merai Bar for almost a year and debuted our beloved N-Pan Salt Bread which received so much love 🥐

Throughout the year, we served pour-over coffee from across the globe alongside our signature matcha creations 🍵 Plus, we were proud to feature a Thai-inspired breakfast crafted by the amazing .bar team 🍳✨ We also debuted our very first pour-over class and hosted several fun collab events - what a journey!
