Guided tastings provide an intimate 30-minute sessions led by a sake expert. Each features multiple sake focused on a various theme — rice, yeast, water, pairing and more.

Tasting 1: Beyond Rice: The Hidden Role of Water in Sake with Fayee Wong, Mutual Sake. Participants will compare three waters alongside three sake brewed with different water profiles to experience firsthand how mineral composition influences yeast activity, aroma, texture, balance, and finish.
