Fresh fish from Red's Best this week! 🐟
We have New England wild-caught bluefin tuna, cod, and fluke, and North-American farmed salmon. If you haven't tried fluke before, it's a mild, delicate white fish that's excellent pan-fried with a little butter and lemon.
