Powerhouse Juice Bar & Café is an ever-growing company and we are seeking someone who is hard working, enthusiastic, and shows passion for the job. We need someone who is a self-motivator and can work well without the direction of superiors at all times. The job requires a knowledge of food, customer service, and is detail oriented. This position has a lot of growth potential.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
Strong attention to detail and time management
Passion for quality, safety and sanitation
Decision maker with ability to work independently
Urgent, proactive demeanor
Great customer service skills a must
Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time).
Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute guests orders of smoothies, juice, parfaits, smoothie bowls and coffee
Keep work area clean, organized and stocked.
Operate POS system
Resolve any problems and keeps management informed about issues and problems as they arise.
Other related responsibilities as assigned.
Communicates inventory and equipment needs to owner/general manager.
Wash dishes
Two positions available: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:30a-3:30p OR Tuesday & Thursday 7:30a-3:30p.

This is a small café setting in the Seaport area of Boston, but we have the highest standards of all products being sold, along with a pleasant experience from start to finish. Employees must be able to maintain a brief conversation with customers, even when working on a smoothie or cashing them out. We strive to remember faces and names; familiarity and a sense of a close community are our top priority.
