I am so honored to be selected as a recipient of the Les Dames d’Escoffier Culinary Adventure Award.
This opportunity supports my ongoing research on rice noodle traditions, culinary heritage, and the role of food in cultural identity across Southeast Asia.
Grateful to the Boston chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International and the BU Gastronomy team for their support. Looking forward to continuing this work in the field.
