On Thursday, October 13th; enjoy an intimate culinary affair hosting approximately 400 guests on the main hall of Villa Victoria Center for the Arts in the South End of Boston. The Latin Taste of Boston® is the first event where local restaurants unite to bring you the best of Latin, Hispanic and Latin-inspired cuisine. Food lovers will enjoy bites of traditional dishes and new creations from Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico and Spain. The event will also offer foodies the opportunity to enjoy sponsored drinks and dance to Latin Beats with the music of DJ Hernan. Among the participants are: Camino Real, José’s Mexican Restaurant, Merengue, Muqueca, Taranta, Rincón Limeño and many of your favorite restaurants in town. Tickets are $14.99 in advance for general admission, with an “early bird” price of $9.99 if you purchase your tickets before September 22, 2011. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door for $20. Organizers are still seeking sponsors and donations for the silent auction, as well as vendors, who may be interested.
