White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake

🤍🫐 Creamy white chocolate meets juicy blueberries in this luscious cheesecake—an elegant dessert that’s both rich and refreshing! Perfect for impressing guests or indulging your sweet tooth! 🍰✨

Ingredients:

For the crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled

¾ cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

1 cup fresh blueberries

For the topping:

½ cup fresh blueberries

White chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Chill in the fridge while preparing filling. 🍪

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy (3-4 minutes).

Gradually add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.

Gently fold in melted white chocolate until well combined. Carefully fold in fresh blueberries. 🫐

Pour filling over chilled crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until edges are set but center slightly jiggles.

Turn off oven, crack door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Then chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

🍓🍩 Soft, fluffy donuts bursting with creamy cheesecake and sweet strawberry filling! These irresistible bites are love at first taste! 💕🎂

Ingredients:

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

2 tbsp warm water (110°F / 43°C)

3/4 cup warm milk

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Vegetable oil, for frying

For the Filling:

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves 🍓

For Topping:

Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Yeast Activation: 5 minutes

In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, sugar, butter, salt, and egg. Add yeast mixture and mix well.
Mixing Time: 3 minutes

8 slider buns

Instructions:
