You thought “neck” was delicious (and you’re right about that) you should get your hands on the “neck plus ultra”, a selection of his best grenache destemmed, fermented on skins for 15 days then aged a year in old barriques. A blend of free run and pressed juice. Small production, even smaller allocation. Just two cases here in MA. You know what to do…
