When a Michelin-star chef says your chai tastes like home!! 🤩💃

Remember my latest trip to NYC ? I was on my way to meet someone I deeply admire and greatly look upto - Chef Vijay Kumar from Semma.

A chef who took Tamil cuisine to the global stage, unapologetically.

I gifted him Madhrasi Chai.

He tried it.
He said, “It tasted like chai back home. It didn’t taste like it was made from a concentrate.”

These lines meant everything.

Beyond everything he’s achieved, he took the time to listen, to encourage, and to uplift.

Thank you, Chef.
This meant more than you know.
