Back in April, Nancy represented Madhrasi Chai at World of Coffee San Diego. We’ve been so busy since then that we’re only now taking a moment to reflect on the experience.
A year earlier, she had attended the event as a visitor, walking the floor and taking it all in.
This year, she was there introducing Madhrasi Chai to coffee professionals, café owners, and beverage innovators from around the world.
Looking back, what stands out most isn’t the booth or the event itself—it’s the reminder of how much can change in a year when you keep showing up, learning, and taking chances.
We’re grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every person who stopped by to discover our chai.
And yes—we’ve already booked our spot for next year.

When we first said yes to this workshop, we hoped a few people might show up curious about chai.

Instead, every seat filled.
