If you have apple c***r in your fridge, try this.

I’m making Chaider with 2 parts apple c***r and 1 part Madhrasi Original Chai Concentrate. Pour over ice, stir, and that’s it!

The chai spices go so well with the apple c***r. Give your chai bottle a good shake before pouring.

We’re not saying goodbye to summer just yet. ☀️

But as August winds down and September peeks around the corner, we’re feeling a little nostalgic for the summers we grew up with in South India.

Fresh kolams outside every home.
Jasmine on street corners.
Running after the thalluvandi when we heard its bell.
Cold rose milk on a scorching afternoon.
Eating with our hands because somehow, it just tasted better.
And evenings on the terrace, when the heat finally softened and there was always time for chai and one more conversation. ❤️

Summer may be in its final stretch, but some summer memories never really leave us.
