Saperavi Brothers Wine Merchant

Saperavi Brothers Wine Merchant Bringing natural Georgian wine to the United States Georgia is home to the worlds oldest winemaking tradition. Our mission is to change that.

The beverage is a part of its cultural fabric and national identity more so than any other place in the world. Generations of Georgian families make amazing and unique wines, yet most Westerners, even connoisseurs have never tasted real Georgian wine. We want to expand your palette past the status quo by introducing you to real Georgian wine, wine that's sustainably harvested and without any chemi

cal alternation. We represent carefully selected producers, who not only make wines of the highest quality, but also adhere to and cherish the rich history and tradition of Georgian winemaking.

There is a particular thrill in drinking a wine from a vineyard where you have stood. Perhaps this is the future of wine: not collecting bottles, but collecting places. Not chasing scores, but chasing connections.
At the restaurant, the sommelier knows the distributor. The distributor knows the importer. The importer knows the winemaker.
You’re only three introductions away from finding yourself in Kakheti, standing between the vines and the mountains, feeling the same wind that moves through the vineyard.
This is when wine stops being a product and becomes a place. Every glass becomes a return visit.

Every time I attend Saamuri Natural Wine Salon , I wish I could preserve the spirit of the festival and bottle it. Then I realize that’s exactly what I’m tasting. If winemakers are artists, then this festival is one of the most exciting exhibitions in Tbilisi.
The producers gathered here are experimenting fearlessly, pushing boundaries and exploring what Georgian wine can become. Many are at the very beginning of their journey, making only a few hundred bottles a year, chasing ideas rather than market trends, guided more by conviction than commercial reality.
The wines are wild, beautiful, imperfect, and deeply alive.
If you want to discover winemakers before the world discovers them—wines still shaped by dreams, ambition, and relentless optimism—this is the place. The bottles poured here are filled with possibility. Every glass feels like a glimpse into the future.
Thank you for another unforgettable festival. Looking forward to next year.

Supra Dinner 5:30pm - 7:30pm
An intimate, sit-down supra dinner. This experience is designed to introduce a dining tradition from the East that is both unpretentious and deeply rooted in culture. Expect conversation, philosophy, and toasting, accompanied by delicious Georgian inspired dishes served family style. After dinner, we will grow in numbers and transition into an evening of wine festival styled tasting and music.

Wine Salon 7:30pm - 10:30pm
Fashioned after a wine festival, you’ll have the chance to taste a wide variety of wines made by winemakers from Georgia (the country). There’s a reason this event is taking place in an art gallery—wine, like art, is meant to be experienced. Accompanied by bites, music, and laid-back vibes, this will be an easygoing night of tipsy conversation. This is the way of the East. Come hang out with like-minded people who see wine as culture, not status.

New to the block. Already loved. Russ & Mimi’s is the neighborhood’s newest go-to spot for great food, natural wine, and serious good vibes. Kelly and Nicole are both veterans of the restaurant world, and have brought their style, service, and aesthetics to Roslindale, creating a market that feels instantly welcoming.

Think killer breakfast and lunch, great coffee, and a natural wine selection that punches way above its weight. It’s the kind of place where you grab a morning sandwich, pick up dinner essentials, and maybe leave with a bottle you can’t wait to open.

Designed as a cozy neighborhood haven, Russ & Mimi’s keeps things unpretentious and a part of the community. They continue to be a big supporter of Georgian wines, hosting Saperavi Brothers with regular tastings. Check in for the next pour of our new producers!
