Months of waiting. Boxes in storage. Equipment we hadn't laid eyes on since spring. And now… here we are.

This reel is our journey to opening day: moving everything out of storage and into its forever home, our very first Sysco delivery rolling through the door 🚚, our amazing team learning the ropes, and that dining room we can't stop staring at. ✨

And the moment that made it all real: Walter and I standing at Inspectional Services, holding our Certificate of Occupancy. 📜🙌🏾 We may have gotten a little emotional.

Every late night, every delay, every "just a little longer" led to this. Thank you to our family, friends, and everyone who cheered us on and kept asking "When are y'all opening?!" The answer is finally… THIS SATURDAY! 📅 Soft Opening: Saturday, October 3
