Yogurt is out! Keep an eye out for forthcoming yogurt announcements. We are trying a more scheduled approach-probably starting next week.

1. Raspberry yogurt with lemon cheesecake top.
2. Layered raspberry yogurt with Ube yogurt on top and a drizzle of honey
3. Ube piña colada yogurt – all mixed together.
4. Unflavored yogurt

Also, today is Fermented Kimchi. We love a good ferment here. Call me crazy, but this is fantastic on a hot dog with a little Kewpie Mayo on top. It has to be Kewpie-you’ll thank me later.

We will restock the butter and ghee as soon as we can and look for a fresh yogurt post on Friday. We are looking at more efficient ways to make bigger batches of yogurt and not lose the quality. That’s the most important thing to us, and something we won’t compromise on. In the meantime, we are fully stocked on milk.

1lb is $10 and 2lbs is $20 Make sure you pick yours up the next time you stop over to get your milk or yogurt. It’s extra fantastic on our plain yogurt, with granola.

If you have one, use a salad spinner to store your cut melons. They stay un-mushy a lot longer because they aren’t sitting in their own juice. Also, cutting it in strips like this, makes it so much easier to eat.

New Yogurt for the weekend!

🍓Strawberry yogurt with strawberry rhubarb jam-we are going all in on the strawberry with this one.
🍓 strawberry yogurt with pomegranates- strawberry yogurt with crunchy pomegranates on the top
🫐🍋 lemon blueberry yogurt with cheesecake top- one of our favorites so far. Lemon yogurt with whole blueberries and topped with cheesecake

EDIT: we have a winner! Barb Shroyer Moyer guessed it- lemon yogurt with peony jelly. It sounds weird but give it a try-it’s delicious. Barb gets a free flavored yogurt for her efforts and thanks for all the engagement. I have lots of flavors to experiment with.

MYSTERY FLAVOUR!!!

Hint: It goes well with lemon yogurt and it’s unexpected. Don’t be scared-you’ve learned to trust us thus far and we haven’t poisoned you yet.

EDIT- many good guesses give us great ideas for the future. Think something edible that you wouldn’t normally eat.
