Father’s Day burger patties highlight! 🍔

Swing by the farm store and grab a pack (or 10) of 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef for grilling. These burgers won’t shrink like conventional beef, since they’re sourced from cows that aren’t fed inflammatory corn to fatten them.

Never tried grassfed beef? Top cooking tip is to cook them medium rare at the most— the lean beef cooks much faster and becomes dry if overcooked.

Stop by the self-serve farm store between 8 am and 8 pm or order on the website for delivery to Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks, Minot, Williston and more!

New life on the farm today!

Goats are our w**d eaters — literally!

Goats eat brush and w**ds that cows won’t touch; and they play a role in the farm by making milk for Nicole’s nourishing goat milk soap.

Stay tuned for hands-on goat snuggling events coming to Bismarck and Lake Metigoshe where you can meet these little ones and maybe even try goat yoga! 😉 🐐

Kombucha testimonial from in Bismarck! Have you tried our frostycactus Beet Carrot Orange kombucha on tap? Or Beet, Tumeric, Ginger? A customer comes daily for his serving of beet kombucha and has seen amazing results.

Kombucha is available in bottles or on tap at Terry’s Health Products in Bismarck as well as at lake Metigoshe and many more locations around the state.

Food is medicine and your body was designed to heal itself if you give it the tools — like raw milk, local kombucha, pastured eggs and grass-fed beef.

What’s your story about real food?

🍳 Chickens drink milk? Yes! There are well-documented benefits to chickens drinking raw milk in order to boost the immune system and prevent gut parasites 🦠

Rather than vaccinate our flock, we crowd out the bad bugs with good probiotic foods like raw milk and apple cider vinegar — both of which are healthy for humans too!

Need eggs? We’re extending our Mothers Day special which gives you a FREE dozen when you buy two.

The only thing better than sourcing food from local farmers is growing it yourself!

Last weekend we attended the Prairie Roots Homesteading Summit in Watford City ND and had a great time connecting with friends and former customers-turned-homesteaders who are now raising food for their family.

It was truly and honor to meet some of the OG pioneers of the homesteading movement as well as Nicole and I shared breakout sessions on fermentation and keeping a family cow.

Did you wish you could make it and hear or sessions? We recorded our talks and will be making them available on YouTube soon.

Raw milk never goes bad.

Because raw milk has not been damaged by pasteurization, raw milk naturally sours and becomes a soft cheese. If you have milk that is beyond 7 days you might want to consider making kefir (see video) or yogurt — both of which enhance the benefits of raw dairy making them even better for your gut.

Visit the learning center on our website for the full video!

1️⃣ Easier digestion
Raw milk contains naturally occurring beneficial bacteria and enzymes that many people find easier to digest. Milk was designed to nourish mammals, and when it’s left unprocessed, it supports gut health and immune function.

2️⃣ More energy & clearer thinking
The cream in milk from grass-fed cows contains fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, and K2. These nutrients support brain function, energy levels, and overall health—especially when cows are grazing fresh pasture.

3️⃣ Better behavior in kids
Highly processed foods, skim milk, sugary drinks, and milk alternatives don’t properly nourish growing bodies. Whole raw dairy provides protein, fats, and minerals kids need and enjoy, making snack time more satisfying and nutrient-dense.

4️⃣ Stronger immune support
A healthy gut plays a key role in immune health. Many families notice fewer runny noses, ear infections, and common colds after switching to raw milk, thanks to improved gut diversity and naturally occurring immune-supporting compounds.

5️⃣ Healthier skin
Skin health is closely tied to gut health. Improvements in digestion and nutrient intake often show up as clearer, more balanced skin, including relief from acne or eczema for both kids and adults.

Some customer testimonials below:

“After starting their raw milk kefir my daughters eczema has started clearing (I tried 5 different products before), my mental, emotional and physical health has improved exponentially! Love them!” Mary R Bismarck ND

““My 13 month old son had horrible ezcema and couldn’t drink pasturized milk. He had 8oz of the raw milk and within 24 hours and his skin has shown improvement!!!” Jessica S Stanley ND
