Dodging law school, true passion took the reigns and Adam started to imagine a bigger, better vision for his beer. In 1993, with the encouragement of friends and family, Adam and his father Larry brought his dream of Avery Brewing Company to life. While the current scope of Avery Brewing Company’s operation bears little resemblance to our humble beginnings some 26 years ago, our tireless quest for perfection remains the same. Our standout beers include the award winning White Rascal Belgian-Style White Ale, Maharaja Imperial IPA, and a nationally acclaimed barrel-aging program.
