FIELD STRONG X 100 🥄💪🏽

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone: We are now 100 field team members strong!

Every day, this team is out in stores writing thousands of turnovers, building secondary displays, merchandising shelves, filling voids, fixing tags, confirming promotional activity, protecting shelf space, building relationships, and catching issues before they become bigger problems.

They’re stocking shelves, supporting store teams, helping our brand partners win, places a crazy amount of new SKUs on shelves, and showing up with the hustle, heart, and expertise that make a difference where it matters most: at store level.

This team now reaches nearly 4,000 stores nationwide, serving as trusted grocery experts and advocates for the amazing brands we represent. They don’t just execute. They build trust. They solve problems. They create opportunities. And they bring a whole lot of positive energy along the way.

As Green Spoon approaches 300 team members company-wide, we continue to invest more and more into this dynamic, impactful, and industry-leading field department because one thing remains true today just as it was when we started 14 years ago:

Building and scaling brands starts at store level.

This Earth Day, we’re proud to stand behind what defines Green Spoon, a commitment to putting people and planet over profit!
