Our family business started at farmers markets, and has organically grown into commercial grocery stores like King Soopers, Natural Grocers and Whole Foods as well as online through ecommerce and Amazon! We are pursuing a mission of more than manufacturing and have a vision of giving back and supporting underprivileged farmers & children in Guatemala - join us!

Mole-Style Salsa Macha Shrimp Pasta 🍤🌶️

Quick, smoky, savory, and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

You’ll need:
Shrimp, penne pasta, sliced onion, your favorite stir-fry veggies, Kalamata olives, Green Belly Mole-Style Salsa Macha, olive oil, salt, and fresh flat-leaf parsley.

Make it:

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until just pink; remove and save the shrimp water.
2. Cook penne in that shrimp-infused water until al dente. Reserve a splash of pasta water.
3. In a pan, stir-fry onions and veggies in olive oil until tender and lightly caramelized.
4. Add shrimp, olives, cooked pasta, and a generous spoonful of Mole-Style Salsa Macha. Toss with a little pasta water until glossy and coated.
5. Finish with fresh parsley and another spoonful of salsa macha for smoky, nutty, mild heat

If you’ve visited our stall at the farmers' market, you know that our Red Belly Hot Sauce isn’t just heat; it’s flavor first. We took that complex, vibrant spice and swirled it into cool sour cream for the ultimate 5-minute game day hack.

Feliz Día de Acción de Gracias from the Green Belly family! 🧡🌶️

Today we’re reflecting on how grateful we are for this community — for every customer, every farmer, every team member, and every person who shares a bottle of our craft sauces at their table. You make our mission possible.

Thanksgiving is the perfect moment to bring people together with great food and even greater flavor. Our sauces were made for days like this:

🫑 Green Belly – bright, herbaceous, perfect on turkey, veggies, potatoes, and all the classics.
🔥 Red Belly – warm, smoky, and cozy — ideal for roasted meats and hearty sides.
