The formula used to be “one size fits all” -- eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. But that’s changed, experts say.

“It depends on your size and weight, and also on your activity level and where you live,” Nessler says. “In general, you should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for each pound you weigh, every day.” For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, that would be 75 to 150 ounces of water a day. If you’re living in a hot climate and exercising a lot, you’d be on the higher end of that range; if you’re in a cooler climate and mostly sedentary, you’d need less.

Another quick way to check: look in the bowl after you’ve gone to the bathroom. If your urine is clear or very light yellow and has little odor, you’re well hydrated. The darker and more aromatic your urine, the more dehydrated you are.

Drinking more water will usually help you lose weight. Find out if you’re getting enough water to keep your metabolism cranking at peak efficiency and your digestive system functioning well.

Dear BC Developers and Community,

I said I would update you if I learn information involving the current scuttlebutt. Well, sumthin's up! What? The silence where I do not usually meet silence, means this is anyone's guess.

I will also share with you, I have heard many confident, higher-ups, not concerned nor changing their business' CMS.
May I add, IF I were in their positions, I would say the very same thing, said to me.
I would also behave exactly as my mentors are behaving, which is to keep going... it would take years for BC to breakdown with the number of clients on board. To tell you all this is mob mentality or hype? I cannot. To tell you what is being said is true? I do not know. It seems this time, we all learn at the same time the changes that await us. Being the optimist, I expect growth.

Bottom line? Be ready for anything. Never put all your eggs into one developer or CMS. Learn many platforms (or have the folks in your network with special knowledge).
Tidy up your sites. Back up all your current work just because the backing up of data, and sites, are good practices.

And as soon as I have a detail I can share with you, versus the vagueness of this BC fog, I will share. So far, this was a pretty good fishing trip for information. If we are surfing a wave? I'm hanging ten, baybee! Stoked, because I can't help being an optimist. UBhapE2.

I posted my info about Adobe and BC on the Blog post on this page:
Part of my reply:

"The concern starts because OneSaas, a service for API integration with various CMS systems, has announced it's dropping support for BC. Some unprofessional comments where made by OneSaaS that Adobe is discontinuing BC. This was unprofessional because OneSaaS has no connection to Adobe. When I asked OneSaaS about this, they said they are not continuing the integration because their number of clients who use BC are small, thus spending the money and time to update the API integrations is not a good business decision for them. They know of no plans by Adobe."

Business Catalyst Folks,

I realize there is lots of scuttlebutt about current status and what is happening with Adobe. Being on the Partner Advisory Board, I understand I can share some things with you. I will have nothing to give you a definitive answer, but I will tell you my points of view and if I know anything you do not, well, there you go. I can correct mis-information I am reading on the boards.
I am writing this for us all, now. I am also in my weekly meeting with my work partners, and will finish my post to be shared, today.
Don't make this doom and gloom, believe... what if the changes are good news, is the first idea to toss into the mob mindset.
No one is thinking about this but I understand the fear. We went through this when Adobe purchased Business Catalyst. I'll write my views for you now. I'll be back.

Thank you,

Lynda Spangler

Do you still need a touch O' Luck of the Irish?
The new site is published: kerryblues.info
Seems there are dogs that could use a little of your love, as their luck, if you are so inclined.

Things are incomplete and the design touches (alignment and spacings, adding photos where needed), daisies, is still underway. Brand new elements added for this site are still to come. This work has been such delightful "play with a purpose".
Welcome to the dedicated work of two years by teams, to transfer the libraries of articles and information, contained within the old site to the new site for Kerry Blues Terrier Foundation. A most outstanding, bodacious group of folks.

Enjoy!
Adopt!
Interested in breeding? This breed needs populating!

The most amazing, exceptional people are lovingly, joyfully, dedicated to this dog of exceptional personality and would love for you to join the team.

We also think the right Veteran of War, Prisoner of War, PTSD patient is out here waiting to meet a Kerry and devote themselves to such a breed. If you have any names you would like to share, send to [email protected] (you be happy too dot com).

Irish blessings of drink, food, dance, and companionship, for all!
