It's a bittersweet day at Hundy's as our very own Jules graduates and goes on to the big gigs. We loved training him from a passionate home chef to a professional biryani chef and it would not be any fun without the whole group cheering (and poking fun) while learning.
As we say in the kitchen - it's a good batch.
Best of luck Jules. You will be missed.
