Functional shots that serve as small, positive additions to your day. Ethan was born on Stonyfield farm and raised around the natural products industry.

He launched this brand with a very simple goal: to make products that taste great and are good for you. No tricks or marketing schemes; just simple products you can feel good about. At Ethan’s, we feel that being a food company is an enormous responsibility, and we owe it to our loyal consumers to give them products they can trust enough to put in their bodies. We do the research, so you don’t have to. Everything we make is simple and honest, using whole organic ingredients to provide the most delicious, functional, and harmless products possible.

Shorter days call for smarter timing 🍂

Here’s how to fit Ethan's Energy Drinks into a fall day:

🌅 Morning: a shot with breakfast for darker, earlier starts

🥪 Early afternoon: a shot before the post-lunch dip hits

🏋️ Before you train: pre-workout about 20-30 minutes out

Smooth ramp up, steady peak, gradual taper, no crash. Save this for your fall reset 📌
