What a wonderful day at the Clear Lake Fire Department Safety Fair!

We are proud to be part of an event that brings our community together while sharing important safety information with local families. We truly love serving this community—not only with great food, but by showing up and supporting the people and organizations that make it such a special place to call home.

Today, we had the honor of catering a special Overdose Awareness event.

We served up a fresh taco bar with pollo asado, carne asada, rice, beans and all the toppings—but today was about so much more than food. It was about remembering the lives lost, supporting those in recovery and standing beside the families and friends affected by overdose.

Thank you to the organizers, volunteers and everyone who came together for such an important cause. We’re grateful we could serve our community with love, compassion and some bold flavor.

Mrs. Fork & Flame was in her element—because while I handled the food, she made sure every little detail was on point! ❤️ From the crab crackers and gloves to the waterfront setup, she had our guests ready to get crackin’ in style.
