The holidays are approaching!!! We’re here to take the load off.
Make your holiday gathering easier with a delicious meal everyone can enjoy. We’re taking bookings for:
🌯 Grab-and-Go Breakfast Burritos
Individually wrapped burritos with your choice of bacon, sausage, chorizo and potato, or carne asada. Salsa served on the side. Assorted fruit platters are also available.
🌮 Breakfast Taco Bar
Available for on-site events, with eggs, breakfast potatoes, your choice of meats, cheese, tortillas, and salsa.
🌮 Holiday Taco Bar
Choose two meats, served with Mexican rice, beans, tortillas, cilantro and onion, cheese, sour cream, limes, and red and green salsa. Available drop-off or on-site.
🍝 Holiday Pasta Buffet
Pasta with meat sauce, marinara, and white sauce, plus grilled chicken, Caesar salad, and garlic bread. Gluten-free pasta available by request.
🍽️ Holiday Steak or Chicken Dinner
Choose grilled chicken, rosemary garlic steak bites, or steak and chicken. Served with mashed or roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, dinner rolls, and Caesar salad.
Add sautéed garlic shrimp or garlic butter lobster tail to your dinner.
🧀 Four-Cheese Creamy Mac and Cheese
Available by the half or full pan.
🦀 Fork and Flame Seafood Boil
Snow crab, prawns, potatoes, corn, and sausage with your choice of mild garlic butter or Cajun garlic butter. Dungeness or mixed crab can be quoted separately. Garlic noodles are available as an add-on.
🥧 Desserts
Peach cobbler, blueberry crisp, blackberry crisp, and salted caramel banana pudding—available by the half or full pan.
