Morning kale harvest! Thank you Madeline, Joe, Christy, Lizzy and Annie for your working harvesting Lacinato kale and lots of other crops this morning!

And if you’d like some tasty, organic kale and so many other veggies from our farm head to BrunswickFarmersMarket tomorrow morning or our Bowdoinham farm stand.

Today is the first day of school for our kids and many others in the area, so please be mindful of school buses stopping for pick ups and drop offs and kids who might be near the road.

Our kid’s bus stop is particularly lively for the elementary school group that gets on and off at the corner of Browns Point and Center Point Rd. And now that Alice is starting middle school (!) the bus makes additional earlier stops there as well. So please be aware if you are heading to our farm stand in the morning or afternoon that there might be kiddos around that intersection.

Thank you for helping to ensure that our kids and all kids who take the bus to school have safe and happy starts and ends to their school days. 💛

A few photos around the farm as we get ready for BrunswickFarmersMarket and our Bowdoinham farm stand tomorrow!

•Joe and Miles bagging up chard for the farm stand.
•Our fall strawberries have begun to produce! We only grow a small amount of these berries so head to BrunswickFarmersMarket first thing tomorrow morning if you’d like any (We will have berries at market only)
•’Lemonade’ sunflowers are so fun and a stunning contrast with bright blue skies! We have some bunched and ready for market too
•Plenty of kale growing in the field and plenty picked and packed today for market and our stand
