We’re HIRING!

Looking for two folks who will bring enthusiasm to working with livestock & people.

One is a full-time position helping with day-to-day livestock care on the farm. The other is a periodic, part-time retail gig to help with sales at off-farm events (like the Common Ground Fair)

In any case, you gotta be up for lots of walking, working outside in any weather and using (& growing) your muscles to lift things repeatedly.

In exchange, you’ll learn all about managing organic livestock, using every part of the animal, and get to connect with enthusiastic shoppers!

Tomorrow is FRESH chicken Friday! Find it Brunswick Farmers Market

Our Open Farm Day is THIS Sunday!

There will be farm tours, activities for children, Our pop-up farm store will be open and 3Bs catering will be serving woodfired pizza. We will be joined by some of our favorite makers- all inside our barn.

We hope you’ll come out and learn more about how we raise organic eggs & meat on grass!

Open Farm Day will be held on Sunday, July 26th from 10 am - 3 pm & will be held rain or shine! �

We hope you’ll join us for a farmer-led tour, you’ll get to ‘meet’ the animals (including our livestock guardian dogs, Monty & Valley). There will be fun activities for children and ample seating to enjoy the animals & a slice of wood-fired pizza. ��Our pop-up farm store will be open, so bring your cooler!

We’ll ALSO be hosting a Maker’s Market!
Participating makers include Bloodroot Metalworks, Hawthorn & Thistle Farmstead, and more! You'll find incredible, local gifts for yourself and those you love.

Open Farm Day will be held on Sunday, July 26th from 10 am - 3 pm rain or shine with ample space inside our barn!

We hope you’ll join us for a farmer-led tour, at 10:15 AM, 11:45 AM, and 1:15 PM. Tours will include stops to see our chickens (laying hens and meat chickens), cows, goats, and sheep. Farmer led tours will be 60 minutes in length.

You’ll get to ‘meet’ the animals (including our livestock guardian dogs, Monty & Valley). There will be fun activities for children and ample seating to enjoy the animals & a slice of wood-fired pizza.

Our pop-up farm store will be open, so bring your cooler! We’ll have fresh chicken and eggs as as frozen cuts of beef. We’ll have samples of our incredible line of tallow body butter products. Plus, our entire inventory of cashmere goat hides & sheepskins will be on sale at 15% off!

Can it get any better?? It can!

We’ll be hosting a Maker’s Market as well!

We love raising pastured poultry.

We love the excitement (and anxiety) of day old chicks 🐥
Welove introducing them to pasture 🍀
We actually love moving them every day as we get to see them enjoy fresh grass.
We love the rhythm and repetition of moving, feeding & watering each house
We especially love that their 💩 fertilizes the field for our other animals

And,we love that these delicious chickens then feed our community.
