Well, Benelli alerted on an intruder in our yard this evening. I caught it, put it in the live trap, and relocated it to an area with no nearby houses. Hopefully it will stay gone and not cause anyone else any issues. Been trying to catch this one for over a month now. Last time I saw it I tried to hurry and release Beretta & Kimber on it, but by the time I got them out of the goat yard and got back to where I had seen it, it was gone.

Curious if anyone would be interested in small batch goat cheese? I made it for the first time and it is SO GOOD!!! 😋🤤 This batch was made with our homegrown Rosemary and minced garlic. This is way better than the goat cheese I buy from the grocery store!! Also considering doing a breakfast recipe with blueberries and vanilla. That would make the perfect bagel spread! 👌🏼🥯🫐

All simple ingredients: Raw Goat Milk, White Vinegar, Minced Garlic, Kosher Salt, and Rosemary.
