Job Duties/Requirements:
Delivery drivers are to provide excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous
deliveries of customer orders.
Delivery drivers will perform all job responsibilities in a safe,
timely, and efficient manner.
They are to report any serious incidents to upper management,
such as missing products, machine failure,s or broken items.
They will also perform other duties
as assigned/requested.
Please note: This position is subject to a background check. Schedules are both full-time and part-time. Some positions will require weekend
and holiday shifts.
Essential Functions:
● To pick up and deliver as needed.
● To ensure that customer's orders are delivered in a timely manner.
● To pick/pull products from purchase orders.
● To receive/commit store purchase orders.
● To load and unload as needed.
● Organize packaging boxes, storage units, vehicles, etc.
● Helps stock delivered food and non-food items.
● To operate and maintain the necessary machines, equipment, and vehicles for deliveries
and the restaurant.
● To assist with tasks such as packing, moving, setting up, and breaking down.
● Maintain daily record of delivery times and locations.
● Assist in inventory management. This includes replenishing and reorganizing.
● Assist in maintaining the appearance of the restaurant as needed. This includes cleaning
the storage units, facilities, and vehicles.
● To empty and clear garbage bins, and break down boxes when necessary.
● Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the
preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
● Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all guests and coworkers.
● Attends all training and in-service seminars.
● Adheres to all policies and procedures of Ruby’s So. Co. Kitchen
● Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:
● High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
● Prior experience is preferred, but not required.
● Must be able to pass a Level II background check
