New Menu Item Alert!!!!

Peanut butter cup granola. This granola starts with my chunky peanut butter base and is then loaded up chopped peanuts and then topped with chocolate chips and Reese’s pieces!

This will be available on our menu this weekend in both a small and large container option.

Hi friends!

Made something fun last night at my cake decorating class and now I have too much cake 🥲

Because you all are doing me a favor by taking it off my hands, I won’t be charging for this one. 1 free slice per person until all are claimed.

It’s an almond cake with raspberry filling and buttercream. Since this was made at the bakery and not at my home, I cannot guarantee on the use of specific allergens. If you have any allergies, best to skip this one to be safe.

Recently completed a catering order for 2 dozen yellow cupcakes loaded with chocolate buttercream. These were meant for a special individual’s birthday celebration, leaving everyone sugared and feeling sweet.

Don’t forget to keep Baker’s in mind for your next birthday party, bridal shower, graduation party or any upcoming event where you want to impress! I’ll work with you to customize your desired treat for your special event.

Lots of Loaves from this kitchen 💛 These boules have just finished their bulk fermentation in the fridge and are getting prepped for a bake in the oven.

Are your BREADY for normal bakery hours to return? 🤭

Most don’t realize how intensive the process of making sourdough can be. It takes me typically 36-48 hours to make 1 loaf. For bakery hours, I’ve been able to produce up to 20 loaves out of my home kitchen. I can assure you all of my products are made with love and maybe a bit of anger release during the kneading process 🤭😂😜

Make sure to stop by Friday to snag your loaf! You know you missed Baker’s! 🧑‍🍳

BIG NEWS, MY SWEET FRIENDS 💛💛💛

Baker’s will be back with our regular baking hours starting Friday, August 28 at 8 AM! I wanted to take a moment and say thank you again for allowing me a chance to celebrate birthdays, wedding anniversary and more with my family throughout the month of August. The time to recharge has left me invigorated and excited to come back.

Per usual, I will open at 8 AM on Friday, August 28 on the front porch of 216 Leroy Ave in Bowling Green! Cash and Venmo are accepted. This is an honor system bakery with the self service kiosk. Don’t forget to open the bread, box and cooler to explore all we have to offer!!

As promised, here are the results from the frosting piping class I recently attended. Not too bad for a first attempt, if you ask me 😊

I’ve always had a love and passion for learning and it’s been really cool to see how that’s translated into this business. Starting off I had a heavy focus on sourdough bread and I’m enjoying all the ways I’ve been able to branch out into new categories, like granola or cookies and now frosting.
