Had a support post in a laundromatt that the bottom rusted out and it collapsed 3.5”. We were able to weld a channel onto the pole and lift it back up to where it was and then weld in a new piece of pipe with a baseplate that is anchored to the floor. When we picked the pipe up it also sealed up the crack in the drywall from when it dropped.

Built and installed an 8 bank and a 6 bank IBC tote stand for nutrien ag in Findlay. Getting totes up with two stories of storage greatly increases their floor space so a lot easier to get trucks and sprayers in and filled up. Both stands are on a slight angle to help clean out the totes. In the middle is a new pump stand that holds 16 pumps and will soon have a stainless manifold in front of it that all pumps can hit and go to the inductor. All the stands were built at the shop then sent out to be hot dip galvanized for maximum protection against the corrosion liquids without paying for all stainless. Since the floor is sloped every which way in here all legs were left long and cut down to final height once the stands were positioned where they needed to be then we drilled the two mounting holes and bolted them to the stand and the concrete.

Crane trucks got a good workout in removing this concrete roof. We are going to make the roof height match the taller part of the building, making room for some new equipment.

We erected this staircase for roof and equipment maintenance at Pioneer packing. They bought the stair sections from an auction and we modified them so they would bolt together. We have to build one platform and built all the legs on site. The crane on the new service truck came in very handy for this one!

Gave this 9400 a nose job! We fitted a 9370 Set back axle hood on it! We had to move the radiator over and back, extend a coolant pipe, build custom hood hinges, and we built a very heavy duty bumper for it as well. We also removed the bunk and put dual exhaust on it. It turned into a very sharp looking truck in our opinion!

Here’s how we take a worn out blade and reskin it. A lot of people think the skin would be formed on the roller but since it isn’t a continuous radius and it has some flat spots in it we form it on the press by step braking it.

At the 2025 National tractor pulling championships in bowling green Ohio it was a year of hitches we had to make two new hitches that were longer from scratch and modify a couple tractors hitches to get them through tech inspection. We fixed some other broken parts throughout the week and we capped it off with a planetary gear that exploded and locked the wheel up so we had to get the ring gear out of the housing so they could load the tractor on the trailer to go home.

We built and installed this bridge deck and installed the trusses. Alex had a lot of fun getting to ride the swing board to set and weld in the center crossmember to the trusses. I also included a video of Alex taking a swing board 140ft up to patch a pipe at a grain elevator.
