Customer had a swaploader truck that blew the rear end and the engine so they bought a newer truck to use but it had a 26ft box on it. They removed the box and brought us the truck. Then we removed 4ft of driveshaft and moved the axle forward to get to the right wheel base. Then we cut the frame rails down to final size and transferred the swaploader onto the new truck frame. We got all the holes drilled and a new bumper and taillights installed and she’s ready to go back to work.

This dump truck was hauling the explosive diarrhea lettuce and had a rear end blowout! We were able to cut out all the cracked material at the back of the bed and replaced it with some heavier channel and plate. We built a new apron, light boxes and a tailgate release system and got this bed back in service!

Had a support post in a laundromatt that the bottom rusted out and it collapsed 3.5”. We were able to weld a channel onto the pole and lift it back up to where it was and then weld in a new piece of pipe with a baseplate that is anchored to the floor. When we picked the pipe up it also sealed up the crack in the drywall from when it dropped.
