I'm very excited this morning to check under our willow tree and find a wine cap (Stropharia rugosoannulata) mushrooms growing. Hopefully, they're fully established; I still have a lot to learn about them, but they should be a great addition to the varieties I carry & plan to carry. I'll make another post with more info on this variety so if you have any questions please let me know. Thank you everybody.
