A lot of you have been asking for updates, and I wanted to be open with everyone.
As many know, a car accident recently threw a major wrench in our plans and put the food truck on a temporary hold. It’s been a challenge, but if there’s one thing my mom taught me, it’s how to keep going!
I’m officially ready to start taking orders again while we work hard behind the scenes to get the truck back on the road. I’ll be steaming up the same authentic Texas Valley recipes my mom made for this community for years and I’m honored to keep her legacy alive.
