Zane Farms Cattle Company Zane Farms Cattle Company At Zane Farms we are excited about sharing our all natural grass fed beef with you. Our cattle need to be fed grass.

As we become more health conscious, especially in the foods we eat, we realized we wanted healthful beef to eat. There is a lot of discussion about the importance of Omega- 3 fatty acids and when we realized that these come mostly from green leafy vegetables, our thought was, the commercialized beef are not getting this from being grain fed. To keep our fields healthy for grazing we also fertilize

our grass with natural organic fish fertilizer (which also has Omega-3 fatty acids) and not with harsh chemicals. We have healthy, well cared for cattle because they are allowed to graze on natural fertilized grass, hay and natural mineral blocks. No hormones fed to our cattle means no added hormones in our diet. We believe the old saying - you are what you eat. Our family wanted to have "better" beef to eat. Beef that would be fresh and local. We know others would like this option also. If you do not have a local area, God has blessed our farm, so that we can share with others.
